Strong lay leadership is critical to a thriving parish. Come meet the folks who keep this place running year after year.

What are your dreams for Good Shepherd in the coming year?
To make everyone feel at home here, and make sure we are good stewards of the resources we have and help as many people in need as we can.

What are your dreams for Good Shepherd for the coming year?
I would love to increase involvement in our youth group and ensure consistent coverage for youth formation when Abbi is leading the music. My hope is to help our youth, including my daughter, learn to prioritize their faith and put God first in their lives. I'd also love to see the church expand its outreach efforts, engage in additional local ministry, and build partnerships with community organizations. I would like to gain a clearer understanding of the budget to see what is possible and explore more opportunities for mission projects, both for our youth and the congregation as a whole.

What are your dreams for Good Shepherd in the coming year?
Big picture: being "family" and nurturing that. Practically, I would like to see us gain a solid financial footing. I also would like to help us all find connections as we grow. Whether you are a newcomer or have been here a while, you will find the place where you can be nourished and nourish others.

I hope we continue growing. I also believe we should accelerate our commitment to programs such as Fuel Bags. People of all ages will find an enriching spiritual journey here and foster a deep connection with Christ.

What are your dreams for Good Shepherd in the coming year?
I’m all about listening to people and working together to develop a plan and achieve objectives. I would like to survey members and develop a better vision of what we want to do as a community. Beyond that, I wish we had a functional kitchen, regular building and grounds maintenance schedule and tools, and increased diversity of membership—lending voice and participation roles.

What are your dreams for Good Shepherd in the coming year?
I hope we continue to thrive and attract new families. I would like to support any initiatives to see the children and youth programs expand and provide more opportunities for young members to connect and grow in their faith. Additionally, I am eager to support new ways for the church family to engage with one another and with the broader community we serve, fostering deeper connections and meaningful outreach.

What are your dreams for Good Shepherd in the coming year?
Would like to be sure we continue to be a welcoming home for all who are seeking a church home, with particular focus on welcoming diverse parishioners and young families. Also, would like us to find ways to better support community care organizations, such as Grace Works and Second Harvest.

What are your dreams for Good Shepherd in the coming year?
My dream is that we continue to be the friendly and welcoming parish that drew us back in 2005. Father Randy may have been the reason we came, but he was not the reason we stayed. Our ministries must serve not only the community but our members as well. Adequate resources are necessary to provide these ministries, and we need to continually stay aware of our personal and financial responsibility for the support and growth of our parish and its ministries.
